Thesis Project
The Eclective is Megan’s senior thesis project, a bold, community-focused boutique shopping centre in the heart of Victoria, BC. Rooted in conscious consumerism, the project celebrates individuality, artistry, and connection through a curated mix of local businesses, a farm-to-table restaurant, café, children’s play area, community meeting space, and rotating pop-up boutiques. The design blends modern luxury with timeless elegance, emphasizing sustainability, inclusivity, and flexibility.
