Ducan, BC, Canada
With a background in hospitality, construction project controls, and travel, Coralie brings a cross-disciplinary lens to her designs. Sparked by a deep love for architecture and personal home renovation projects, her passion has expanded to embrace commercial spaces and the impact the built environment has on communities. She’s driven to create functional, meaningful spaces rooted in human-centered, evidence-based design—spaces that reflect personal stories and elevate everyday life through thoughtful, intentional design.
Thesis Project
Coralie’s capstone project, The Orenda Center, is a response to the growing mental health crisis and the urgent need for more compassionate, community-based care. The Orenda Center challenges the sterile, institutional norm by weaving in biophilic design, cultural sensitivity, and spaces for introspection and community gathering. By prioritizing wellness and prevention, it aims to reduce stigma and reimagine what mental health care can look like.
