Thesis Project

Ashley’s fourth year project is an all-encompassing Sports Rehabilitation Facility focusing on those who require counselling, physiotherapy, acupuncture and naturopathic measures all under one roof while recovering from sports-related injuries, encouraging a full or near full recovery for their clients. This comprehensive and patient-focused environment is a much-needed facility which came to light for Ashley after she suffered a major brain injury while mountain biking. After her accident, she was left to her own devices to search out different facilities to aid her in her recovery visiting different facilities. This unfortunate accident inspired Ashley to create Peak Performance Sports Rehabilitation Facility in Kelowna, BC.
